​As  you know, the Head, Face, Neck & Shoulders are important centers within the body. Head massages are a great way to relieve day-to-day stress, ease tension, unwind after a long day, or even relieve migraine or headache pain. They're also shown to promote hair thickness and growth by stimulatng the blood vessels in your scalp. We end this relaxing and soothing treatment with a shoulder and arm massage while a warm towel is wrapped around your hair, infused with essentiel oil. A wonderful treatment on it's own or as an add-on to any other massage, body treatment or facial.

 Infrared Dry Sauna Therapy

(We do not offer this service at the moment)

 

The infrared rays penetrate up to 2 inches into our bodies, increasing the blood circulation and cellular activity. This gives the heart and circulatory system an aerobic exercise as well. The muscles and joints are loosened up, which results in more absorption of oxygen. This makes us feel refreshed and energized as aches and pains disappear. Sauna therapy also might play a major role in environmental detoxification.
