 Lymphatic Drainage Massage

A Manuel lymph drainage (MLD), is a specialized massage technique that encourages the movement of lymph fluid, which helps reduce swelling and supports the body's natural detoxification processes. This massage technique uses light pressure and specific strokes to stimulate the lymphatic system, which is a network of vessels and nodes that play a crucial role in the body's immune system and fluid balance. MLD aims to improve the flow of lymph fluid, which can become stagnant and cause fluid retention. By massaging the skin and tissues, the technique helps to move excess fluid and waste products towards the lymph nodes, where they can be processed and filtered. A treatment approach to lymphedema, post- surgery, particularly breast cancer, and other conditions such as fluid retention, chronic pain and fatigue.

Infrared Dry Sauna Therapy

The infrared rays penetrate up to 2 inches into our bodies, increasing the blood circulation and cellular activity. This gives the heart and circulatory system an aerobic exercise as well. The muscles and joints are loosened up, which results in more absorption of oxygen. This makes us feel refreshed and energized as aches and pains disappear. Sauna therapy also might play a major role in environmental detoxification.
